If you live in Montclair, you must have tried Alma Schneider’s edamame dip at one of her Take Back the Kitchen demos or workshops. The Montclair mom of four tasted a modified version of it from a friend years ago,  became obsessed with it and tweaked it to perfection with agave syrup . She’s now showing us all how to make it in a video contest on GMC Trade Secret’s website where Baristaville can help her win. Watch her video and vote for her here.

Alma is a licensed clinical social worker and chef helping individuals overcome their practical and psychological obstacles to cooking. She will be spreading the cooking love in her presentation at the TEDx Talk in Montclair this Saturday, November 5. If you would like to apply to be in the audience, there may still be some tickets left!
