TV34′s Sharon Colucci, station manager, reads “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

Montclair TV34 will air its first annual Halloween Read later this week. The program follows the popular format of last year’s Holiday Read with local “stars” reading their favorite stories, this time for the spooky season.

Guest readers were: Alma Schneider from Take Back the Kitchen and Parents Who Rock; Greater Montclair host Sarah Wolman; Environmental Affairs Coordinator Gray Russell; Montclair Public Library Director David Hinkley; “Robin’s Nest” host Robin Woods; and TV34 station manager Sharon Colucci. The show offers a host of Halloween-themed narratives such as “A Nightmare Before Christmas”, “Where the Wild Things Are,” and even an original story.

Watch for the Halloween Read on Montclair TV34. The program will also be available online here, see “Playlists” tab: Halloween Read.

I didn’t make it to this Read, but you can bet I’ll be sharing a story for the upcoming Holiday Read!
