Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland holds its Ninth Annual OctoberFest Fall Family Celebration, offering tons of fall fun for families. (Saturday, October 5)
Drop the kids off at the Geyer Family YMCA in Montclair! Kids can enjoy summer camp-like fun with their favorite counselors doing camp activities and playing games! You get a grown up night out. (Saturday, October 5)
Go with your child to Watchung Booksellers in Montclair and meet author Betsy Bird, and learn more about her book, Giant Dance Party. (Saturday, October 5)
It is a Bank of America Museums on Us weekend, which means free admission for all cardholders. There are great museums participating for family fun. (Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6)
Attend a health and wellness festival for the whole family in Berkeley Heights! Enjoy demonstrations and samples of healthy food from local chefs, try new fitness exercises, learn a new skill while playing activities, try something totally new like archery, and meet Olympic Athletes.
