Yep. It’s time to start thinking about those New Year’s resolutions. Mine include yoga, which if you know me isn’t too surprising. At least I know I can keep this one. You should try it, too. Nothing beats the physical and mental strength you get from striking poses like Warrior 2.

Hala Ghanem, owner/instructor at Boone Studio in Montclair agrees. She wants you to do yoga with her crew. As part of her new Commit to Fit 2014 program, she is giving away a 1 month free membership to a Barista Kids reader. This special deal, available only in January, is available for $134. But if you win, you can do all of the vinyasa yoga, barre, TRX, Pilates and cardio dance you want at her studio, gratis. And get this: She’s throwing in free babysitting services to go along with it.

“We have a great mix of classes, and they’re fun and lively,” Hala said. “The community feel we create through our intimate setting is the added bonus. We help our clients build strength, balance and flexibility.”

Do you really, really want this? Here’s how to win 1 Free Month of Yoga and Babysitting at Boone Studio:

In the comments, tell us your favorite yoga pose.

I would love this! The little man is my biggest obstacle to getting myself to a yoga class. My favorite pose is currently starfish pose to the great hip stretch.

I’m already on the newsletter list!

Having to sit for babies while doing yoga sounds like a living hell.

This would be wonderful. My favorite pose is Downward Dog because both my sons (15 months and 4 years) can do this pose and my older son gets my younger son to do it at random times during the day. It always makes me smile.
